Returns and Refunds:

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please notify Mummy Maternity immediately for our consideration.  We will be happy to exchange it for something more suitable with no extra postage and handling charge (unfortunately we can not cover costs to return the item).

For items to be considered for exchange or refund, they must be in the original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached, or packets unopened.  We are sorry but we are unable to refund shipping/delivery costs.

We do not charge postage and handling on orders over $100, however we do need to withhold $5.80 from any returns to cover these costs.  Postage and handling charges will apply on exchanges.

Due to health reasons we are unable to accept returns of swimwear, intimate apparel and maternity piercings.

We do not offer exchange or refund on items sold below the full retail price, including sale items.

Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.  Items purchased using a gift voucher may be exchanged, however they can not be returned for a refund.  Postage and handling charges on exchanges will apply.

We reserve the right to offer a credit with Mummy Maternity in lieu of a refund on returned items.

Any order with no issues documented after 10 days of being sent is deemed to be accepted by the customer.

Delivery costs:

Mummy Maternity offers FREE postage anywhere in New Zealand for all orders over $100.00.

Orders which total $99.99 or less will incur the usual shipping rates.

Postage costs for some smaller items, such as piercings, can be adjusted with consultation of Mummy Maternity.  Please contact us as soon as your order is placed.

For all postage outside of New Zealand please use the enquiry box on the contact page stating the item/s you would like to purchase and your full delivery address.  We will get back to you with delivery charges.
